Every Mombirds helper goes through a multi-step vetting process: an application review, in-person or video interview, reference checks, and a background check. We only work with people we'd trust in our own homes.

Once you're onboarded, we'll book sessions for you and you’ll create and assign household tasks through your Mombirds dashboard.
Sessions are 3 hours and charged at $120. You can book as frequently or infrequently as your family needs — no commitment required.

We make an effort to match you with the same helper, but schedules don’t always align. We will notify you in advance if that's not possible. Families booking 2x or more per week tend to see the most consistent matches.

Your card is automatically charged 24 hours after your helper confirms a completed session. If there's an issue, you have that 24-hour window to flag it and we'll reverse the charge.

Our focus is in-home support, but helpers may assist with errands or driving on a case-by-case basis.
When this occurs, it's billed at your helper's hourly rate plus $2/mile for travel.

You can cancel or reschedule at no charge with at least 48 hours’ notice.
If you cancel within 48 hours of your session, a $40 late cancellation fee will apply.
